Each year, more than 20,000 youth age out of foster care in the United States, beginning their journey into adulthood often without the support of a permanent family.
The Queen’s Foundation Supervised Transitional Living (TLP) Program offers essential living and learning experiences for young adults aging out of foster care. In our resident-centered, staff-supported environment, we foster confidence and independence, empowering each individual to build a successful, self-sufficient life as they transition out of our care.
